Attendance is monitored, and absences are noted upon receiving a notification with a reason for missing. Please inform us about your child’s absence via SMS. Absences not related to illness are not eligible for compensation and do not allow for changes to course conditions.
If several lessons are missed due to valid reasons or illness, a compensation option is available. Make-up lessons are scheduled on designated course days or at an agreed date after the course ends.

Yes, a 10% discount is offered for the second and each additional sibling if they start the course at the same time.

Hello, my name is Natalia Tsykalo. I am the founder of the Syneuro Preschool Development School, an English teacher for children, a songwriter, singer, designer, and content creator. Creativity is my passion, and I teach children how to be creative thinkers.
My teaching method is based on inspiring a love for learning rather than imposing it, encouraging children to explore and discover new things willingly. This approach blends music, games, art, and active movement-based exercises.
In our studio, every teacher educates with love and follows these principles, creating a nurturing and engaging environment for all.
